Synergy O2®

A more refined expression of an unusual category. Healthy-Living selected Synergy O2 as our premium H2 + O2 formula because a supplement should be judged by the whole experience: the breadth of its matrix, the thought behind the formulation, and how comfortably it fits into daily life.

Synergy O2 premium molecular hydrogen, oxygen, mineral, electrolyte, silica, and amino-compound drops

A premium formula should feel different—not merely cost more.

Synergy O2 combines the company’s water-dissociation concept with an unusually detailed mineral, electrolyte, silica, and amino-compound matrix. Just as important, the comparison feedback shared with Healthy-Living has centered on the experience: a cleaner taste and after-feel, easier day-to-day tolerance, and a more noticeable sense of everyday vitality for virtually every user.

When water is completely split, the chemistry is straightforward: 2H2O → 2H2 + O2. That makes molecular hydrogen an essential part of the concept, not a minor by-product. The name Synergy O2 naturally highlights oxygen; the fuller story is a paired H2 + O2 formula supported by a broad nutritional matrix.

Oxygen and hydrogen have different biological relevance. Oxygen is the final electron acceptor in aerobic energy production. Molecular hydrogen, in broader research, is studied for redox modulation and cellular stress signaling. Synergy O2 has not published a product-specific gas assay, so this page distinguishes established chemistry and general H2 research from claims about what one serving produces.

The current technical sheet names 24 mineral or elemental entries and 18 amino compounds, while the bottle lists deionized water, hydrogen sulfate, sea water extract, an ionic trace-mineral blend, a trace amino-acid blend, and silica. That breadth is why we position Synergy O2 as premium cellular nutrition—not simply “liquid oxygen.”

Experience note: taste, stomach comfort, and perceived vitality are personal reports, not typical outcomes established by a representative survey or a head-to-head clinical trial.

WHY HEALTHY-LIVING CHOSE SYNERGY O2

The premium difference is the whole experience.

A higher price is not proof of a better supplement. The better question is whether the formula, the feel of taking it, and the likelihood of using it consistently justify the difference. In Synergy O2, those pieces line up unusually well.

Purposeful Formula BreadthThe published technical sheet gives unusual visibility into a highly mineralized matrix: 24 named mineral or elemental entries and 18 amino compounds, with electrolytes and silica built into the formula.
Refinement You Can Live WithA premium product should fit comfortably into daily life. Reports shared with us emphasize a cleaner taste and after-feel and an easier stomach experience.
Consistency Has Real ValueThe best formula on paper accomplishes little if it sits unused. A product that fits more comfortably into the day may be worth more because people are more willing to keep using it.
Respect for the CategorySynergy O2 does not need the category’s original products to be dismissed. It earns its place by offering a distinct formula and a more refined premium option for people who want one.

A perspective shaped by 27 years in the category

A longtime CellFood seller told us she still has deep respect for CellFood and for the loyal customers who have used it for years. After decades in the category, her own preference shifted to Synergy O2 because it felt cleaner and easier for her to take. The comparison feedback she later received also leaned strongly toward Synergy O2—especially around mouthfeel, stomach comfort, and perceived everyday vitality.

That is the distinction we are willing to make: not that CellFood has no value, and not that Synergy O2 is clinically proven superior, but that Synergy O2 may offer a more refined, easier-to-live-with experience for people who want to use this category consistently.

This is experience-based guidance, not a universal promise. Healthy-Living has not conducted a representative comparison survey, and no public head-to-head clinical trial establishes the result a typical user should expect.

HYDROGEN: THE OVERLOOKED HALF OF WATER DISSOCIATION

THE NAME SAYS O2. COMPLETE WATER-SPLITTING CHEMISTRY ALSO POINTS TO H2.

Two H2 for every One O2

O2 is essential to aerobic energy production. General molecular-hydrogen research examines H2 for redox modulation, cellular defense signaling, and mitochondrial resilience. If Synergy O2 produces H2 through the company-described dissociation process, hydrogen deserves a central place in the story.

Exceptionally Small and DiffusibleH2 is a tiny, neutral gas that can diffuse through cell membranes and into both water- and lipid-rich biological compartments.
Studied for Selective Redox EffectsCells need some reactive oxygen species for signaling and defense. H2 research is interesting because it points toward redox modulation rather than indiscriminate suppression of every reactive molecule.
Studied in Oxidative Chain ReactionsExperimental work examines whether molecular hydrogen can influence highly reactive oxidant chemistry and self-propagating lipid-radical reactions.
May Engage Internal DefensesStudies report effects involving Nrf2/HO-1 and related protective pathways, suggesting that some H2 effects may involve the cell’s own response systems.
Investigated for Mitochondrial ResilienceCell and animal models report effects involving membrane potential, stress resilience, and mitochondrial quality-control signaling.
Not a Stimulant PushH2 is not caffeine and is not a meaningful fuel for human cells. Its proposed relevance is to the environment in which normal cellular energy production occurs.
The important boundary: the equation establishes the chemistry and the 2:1 molecular ratio. It does not establish how much H2 or O2 one serving of Synergy O2 generates, how long either remains available, or whether product-specific concentrations reach human tissues.

Synergy O2® is a premium system—not a one-note oxygen product

The company describes Synergy O2 as a water-dissociation and cellular-nutrition formula. The chemistry of complete splitting gives hydrogen and oxygen distinct places in the story, while the mineral, electrolyte, silica, and amino-compound matrix gives the formula its broader character.

Molecular Hydrogen Expands the Redox StoryGeneral H2 research examines selective oxidant effects, lipid-radical chain reactions, internal defense signaling, and mitochondrial resilience.
Oxygen Completes the Aerobic CircuitO2 accepts electrons at the end of aerobic respiration, allowing mitochondria to continue producing ATP.
The Mineral-and-Silica Matrix Adds DepthThe current technical sheet quantifies 24 mineral or elemental entries and 18 amino compounds; the bottle also names silica, sea water extract, and ionic trace minerals.
Daily-Use Refinement MattersCustomer feedback shared with Healthy-Living emphasizes taste, after-feel, stomach comfort, and perceived vitality—the practical details that often determine whether a person stays consistent.
Premium Value Is More Than Bottle PriceSynergy O2 is not positioned as the cheapest option. It is our choice for people who value formulation breadth and a more refined experience enough to use the product faithfully.

Evidence distinction: the formula counts come from current company materials; the H2/O2 equation is established chemistry; the biological discussion comes from general molecular-hydrogen research; and the taste, comfort, and vitality observations are anecdotal customer reports.

The O2 in the name is only half of the water-splitting story

Synergy O2 literature says the formula initiates dissociation of some water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. Those atoms would not remain isolated for long. If the described process proceeds to stable molecular products, hydrogen atoms pair as H2 and oxygen atoms pair as O2. That completed chemistry immediately changes the emphasis: for every one O2 molecule, there are two H2 molecules.

2H2O  →  2H2 + O2 Complete water splitting yields twice as many molecular-hydrogen molecules as molecular-oxygen molecules. This establishes the chemistry and ratio, not the quantity produced by one dose of Synergy O2.
1Add the concentrateThe drops are taken in water or according to the directions on the current bottle.
2Water dissociation is proposedCompany literature describes separation of some H2O molecules into hydrogen and oxygen.
3H2 and O2 are the stable formsHydrogen atoms pair into molecular hydrogen; oxygen atoms pair into molecular oxygen. The hydrogen is not waste—it is the larger molecular share of the completed reaction.
4H2: protect the redox environmentMolecular hydrogen is studied for selective control of destructive oxidative spillover, endogenous defense signaling, and mitochondrial resilience.
5O2: finish aerobic energy productionOxygen accepts electrons at the end of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, allowing ATP production to continue.
6Nutrients support the machineryElectrolytes, trace minerals, amino compounds, and plant silica provide the broader nutritional matrix around the H2/O2 concept.
The central idea: oxygen helps the cell complete energy production; hydrogen may help the cell manage the oxidative consequences of energy production. Synergy O2 has not published the amount or duration of either gas, but a complete explanation must include both.

Molecular hydrogen: the overlooked half that may matter most

O2 helps create ATP. H2  helps preserve the redox environment that allows the ATP-making machinery to keep working efficiently.

Redox is the controlled flow of electrons through the cell. It powers energy production, communication, repair, immune defense, and adaptation. But electron transfer is never perfectly clean. Highly reactive species can escape, attack membranes and proteins, and start self-propagating oxidative chain reactions. The value of molecular hydrogen is not that it attempts to eliminate every reactive molecule. Its potential value is more intelligent: limit the most destructive spillover while preserving the useful signals cells need.

Why H2 has extraordinary reach

  • The smallest molecule: H2 is exceptionally small, neutral, and rapidly diffusible.
  • Moves through water and lipid environments: unlike larger nutrient antioxidants that tend to favor particular compartments, H2 can diffuse through cell membranes and aqueous spaces.
  • Can reach mitochondria: the organelles that make most cellular ATP are also major sites of redox stress, making access especially relevant.
  • No stimulant mechanism: H2 does not force the nervous system to run faster; its proposed benefit is a cleaner cellular operating environment.

How H2 may improve redox performance

  • Selective oxidant control: foundational research points toward influence on highly reactive oxidant chemistry rather than indiscriminate scavenging of every reactive oxygen species.
  • Interrupting chain reactions: later work reports effects on lipid-radical reactions that can otherwise propagate damage through membranes.
  • Activating internal defenses: experimental studies report involvement of Nrf2/HO-1 and related stress-response systems.
  • Supporting mitochondrial resilience: cell and animal models report preservation of membrane potential and support for mitochondrial quality-control pathways under oxidative stress.
Different from Vitamin C or EVitamin C mainly works in water-rich spaces and vitamin E mainly in lipid membranes. H2 is a neutral gas that can diffuse through both. That gives it a different reach, not a reason to abandon nutrient antioxidants.
May Reduce Cellular “Friction”By limiting damaging side reactions, H2 may allow normal energy systems to operate with less collateral stress rather than creating an artificial energy surge.
Supports, Rather Than Replaces, DefensesPart of the H2 response appears to come from engaging the cell’s own protective genes and enzymes.
Explains “Clean Energy”A smoother energy experience would fit a redox-efficiency mechanism better than a stimulant mechanism: less interference, not more nervous-system pressure.
O2: Complete the CircuitOxygen accepts electrons at the end of aerobic respiration so mitochondrial ATP production can continue.
H2: Protect the EnvironmentMolecular hydrogen is studied for selective redox modulation, interruption of damaging chain reactions, and support of cellular defense signaling.
Minerals: Run the MachineryElectrolytes and trace minerals maintain membrane gradients and serve as cofactors for energy and antioxidant enzymes.
The evidence boundary belongs here, not in the headline: these biological effects come from the broader molecular-hydrogen literature. They explain why liberated H2 could be highly valuable if Synergy O2 produces it as described. A product-specific dissolved-H2 assay is still needed to quantify that contribution.

The precision-built matrix behind the H2/O2 concept

Molecular hydrogen and oxygen provide the central water-dissociation narrative; the formula beneath that narrative is unusually broad. The company’s current technical sheet identifies a 1 fl. oz. / 30 mL bottle and publishes concentrations in mg/L for 24 named mineral or elemental entries and 18 amino compounds. These numbers describe the concentrate, not the amount delivered by eight drops.

What the current bottle actually declares

The serving size is 8 drops (0.34 ml). There are 90 servings per container, and 326 mg of the proprietary blend per serving.

The bottle lists the blend as deionized water, hydrogen sulfate, sea water extract, ionic trace mineral blend, trace amino acid blend, and silica. Hidden within those words are its proprietary ingredients and technology.

The detailed mineral and amino-compound tables below come from the company technical sheet and expand on the bottle's broader blend categories. They should not be mistaken for separately declared amounts per 8-drop serving.

Why silica is part of the premium story

Silica is not hidden in secondary marketing language: it appears on the current bottle, and the technical sheet lists silicon at 97 mg/L in the concentrate. This makes it essentially two products in one: a premium water disassociator and an excellent supply of premium silica.

What the documents say about the sulfate base

An older translated handout uses the term deuterium sulfate. The current bottle says hydrogen sulfate, and the current technical sheet lists sulfate at 12,317 mg/ . We have not received a current specification establishing “pharmaceutical-grade deuterium sulfate,” although the company verbally says this is true.

How to read the two sources together: the bottle gives the official serving size and proprietary-blend amount per serving. The company technical sheet provides additional composition detail in mg/L for the concentrate. Because those mg/L figures are not printed as per-serving amounts on the bottle, they are shown here as technical-sheet data rather than converted into a second Supplement Facts panel.

Why two products in the same category can feel very different

Similar category language does not mean identical formulation or experience. Products can differ in processing, acidity, mineral balance, silica content, amino profile, concentration, flavor, after-feel, and release kinetics. Synergy O2’s premium case rests on the total system—not on one unmeasured mechanism.

Formula BalanceThe relationship among sulfate, minerals, electrolytes, amino compounds, silica, and water may influence how the concentrate tastes and feels when diluted.
Taste and After-FeelPeople are more likely to use a daily product when it leaves the mouth feeling clean rather than harsh. That practical difference can matter as much as an impressive ingredient list.
Stomach ComfortIndividual tolerance varies, but the comparison feedback shared with us includes repeated reports that Synergy O2 feels easier to live with day after day.
Perceived Everyday VitalitySome comparison users describe a smoother or more noticeable sense of vitality. That is a subjective report, not a guaranteed or clinically established result.
H2/O2 Kinetics Remain a HypothesisDifferent release rates or persistence could help explain a different experience, but no public head-to-head gas assay establishes that explanation.

What is known versus inferred: the formula details come from company materials; the taste, comfort, and vitality observations are anecdotal; and the precise reason one person prefers one formula remains unmeasured.

A premium choice in a category CellFood helped establish

CellFood deserves a fair description. NuScience identifies it as the original formula developed by Everett Storey, used for more than 50 years and sold in more than 90 countries. It has a long history and a loyal following. Synergy O2 does not need that history diminished to make its own case.

Synergy O2 is a separate product from a separate company. Its official history credits founder Raúl De La O, and its current materials describe a highly mineralized formula with electrolytes, plant-derived silica, amino compounds, and a water-dissociation concept. No public document establishes shared ownership, an identical formula, or a head-to-head clinical result.

Why Healthy-Living prefers Synergy O2

  • Detailed formula visibility: 24 mineral or elemental entries and 18 amino compounds are named and quantified in the current technical sheet.
  • Silica is explicit: silica appears on the bottle, and silicon is quantified in the technical sheet.
  • A more refined daily-use story: comparison feedback shared with us leans toward cleaner taste, easier after-feel, and better stomach comfort.
  • Perceived vitality: some users who have tried products in both lines describe Synergy O2 as more noticeable, although typical results have not been established.
  • Consistency: we place real value on a premium formula that people are more willing to keep using.

What our preference does not mean

  • It does not mean CellFood is poor, unsafe, or without devoted users.
  • It does not mean Synergy O2 has been clinically proven superior.
  • It does not prove Synergy O2 produces more H2, more O2, or more water splitting.
  • It does not establish that the current sulfate base is pharmaceutical grade or isotopically deuterated.
  • It does not promise that every person will prefer the taste, tolerate it better, or feel more vitality.
Our verdict: CellFood is the respected original in this unusual category; Synergy O2 is Healthy-Living’s more refined premium choice. That recommendation is based on published formulation detail and the user experience reported to us—not on a claim of proven medical superiority.

How to Use Synergy O2®

The two product documents do not give identical directions, so source hierarchy matters.

Current company technical sheet 8 drops in 16 ounces of water, three times daily.

The sheet depicts a 1 fl. oz. / 30 mL bottle.

Older translated distributor handout Graduated schedules of 2 to 5 drops, taken three to five times daily.

It also says to shake, use glass or plastic, avoid hot drinks and dairy, and take the drops about 10 minutes before meals.

What controls your use Follow the directions on the current bottle Healthy-Living ships.

Packaging and directions can change; the physical label is more authoritative than an older online handout.

A practical routine

  1. Shake the bottle before use.
  2. Unless your current label says otherwise, the current company sheet gives 8 drops in 16 ounces of water, three times daily.
  3. Room-temperature purified or bottled water in a glass or plastic container is the simplest way to follow the older handling guidance.
  4. If you are sensitive to supplements, begin conservatively and judge the complete experience: benefit, tolerance, consistency, and value.

Directions we did not carry forward

  • Rectal administration: the Scribd handout includes it, but it is not reproduced as routine consumer guidance.
  • Universal use in pregnancy, babies, children, and animals: a broad safety claim requires more support than a translated handout provides.
  • Continuing through worsening symptoms as a “healing crisis”: headache, nausea, dizziness, palpitations, or worsening symptoms should not automatically be treated as proof that a product is working.
  • Disease-treatment protocols: the handout lists numerous diseases, but those claims are not established by product-specific clinical evidence.

Not medical oxygen: Synergy O2 should not replace prescribed oxygen, evaluation of low oxygen saturation, or care for breathing difficulty, chest pain, or another urgent symptom.

Evidence, sources, and what each source can support

This page now separates three things clearly: what Synergy O2 says about water dissociation, what complete chemistry says about H2 and O2, and what the broader molecular-hydrogen literature says about redox biology. The Scribd document adds useful formula and historical detail, but it also mixes marketing language, dosing protocols, disease claims, rectal-use instructions, and “healing crisis” advice. It is therefore used as secondary product literature, while current manufacturer materials and primary H2 research carry more weight.

  • The current technical sheet lists concentrations for 24 named mineral or elemental entries and 18 amino compounds.
  • The older handout describes more than 70 minerals and a deuterium-sulfate base; the current website separately claims more than 73 colloidal elements.
  • The current technical sheet recommends 8 drops in 16 ounces of water, three times daily.
  • Company literature describes dissociation of some water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen atoms.
  • General molecular-hydrogen research supports a plausible redox rationale for H2 as a subject of study.

What has not been established

  • A complete public inventory of all claimed 70-plus or 73 elements.
  • Independent confirmation of the company’s mg/L composition table for the batch Healthy-Living sells.
  • That the current formula contains deuterium sulfate rather than ordinary sulfate.
  • That the current sulfate base is pharmaceutical grade.

  • That generated gases reach human tissues at biologically active concentrations.
  • That Synergy O2 treats the diseases listed in the translated handout.
  • That it produces several times more water splitting than CellFood.
  • That the taste, stomach-comfort, or vitality reports represent the result a typical user will experience.
  • That Synergy O2 is clinically or medically superior to CellFood.

Product, chemistry, and molecular-hydrogen sources

Frequently Asked Questions About Synergy O2®

Why is molecular hydrogen now the lead story on this page?

Because the product name draws attention to oxygen while the complete chemistry of water splitting gives us 2H2 + O2. Oxygen helps mitochondria complete aerobic energy production. Molecular hydrogen may help regulate the redox environment, limit destructive oxidative chain reactions, engage internal defense pathways, and support mitochondrial resilience. The exact H2 output of Synergy O2 still needs to be measured, but hydrogen is too important to remain a footnote.

How can H2 support energy if it is not a stimulant or fuel?

H2 does not need to supply calories or stimulate the nervous system to matter. Its proposed value is reducing oxidative interference around the machinery that already makes energy. In simple terms, oxygen helps complete the circuit; hydrogen may help the circuit run with less redox friction.

Does Synergy O2 really contain more than 70 minerals?

That is how the translated handout describes the formula, and the current company website says more than 73 colloidal elements. The current technical sheet names and quantifies 24 mineral or elemental entries. A complete public list of every claimed element was not located, so the accurate wording is “the company claims 70-plus elements; 24 are named and quantified in the current sheet.”

Does it contain 18 amino acids?

The current technical sheet lists 18 amino-related entries. Seventeen are amino acids and one is L-carnitine, an amino-acid derivative. The sheet labels the group “essential amino acids,” although several listed amino acids are not nutritionally essential. This page therefore uses the more precise term 18 amino compounds.

Does Synergy O2 contain pharmaceutical-grade deuterium sulfate?

The public documents do not establish that. An older translated handout uses the term deuterium sulfate; the current bottle says hydrogen sulfate, and the technical sheet lists sulfate at 12,317 mg/L without identifying the isotope or raw-material grade. Healthy-Living will not call it pharmaceutical grade unless the manufacturer supplies a current written specification.

What is the correct dose?

The current company technical sheet says 8 drops in 16 ounces of water, three times daily. The older translated handout contains several different graduated schedules. The printed directions on the bottle Healthy-Living ships should control.

Is Synergy O2 just CellFood under another name?

No. The products occupy a related category, but they come from different companies and have different current disclosures. NuScience identifies CellFood as the original Everett Storey formula. Synergy O2 credits founder Raúl De La O and publishes its own mineral, amino-compound, silica, and electrolyte profile. No identical formula or shared ownership has been verified.

Does Synergy O2 provide more water-splitting action than CellFood?

That has not been established. Some comparison users report a more noticeable experience with Synergy O2, but no public head-to-head assay proves greater water splitting or greater production of H2 or O2. The preference is worth reporting as experience; the mechanism remains unmeasured.

Why does Healthy-Living call Synergy O2 a premium formula?

Because the premium case is broader than a single ingredient. The current materials disclose a highly mineralized matrix, silica, electrolytes, and 18 amino compounds; comparison feedback shared with us also favors its taste, after-feel, stomach comfort, and everyday usability. “Premium” is Healthy-Living’s judgment about the total formula and experience, not a claim of FDA approval or clinical superiority.

Why does Synergy O2 cost more?

It is positioned as a premium choice rather than the lowest-cost entry in the category. We believe value includes formula breadth, the experience of taking it, and whether a person is likely to remain consistent. Price alone does not prove quality, and individual preference still matters.

Why did you not include all the benefits listed in the Scribd document?

The handout lists disease-treatment claims, rectal use, universal use in pregnancy and infancy, and advice to continue through worsening symptoms as a “healing crisis.” Those statements require substantially stronger evidence and safety support than the document provides, so they were not converted into Healthy-Living recommendations.

Can Synergy O2 be called hydrogen water?

Synergy O2 is better described as a water-dissociation or hydrogen-releasing concept than as conventional pre-measured hydrogen water. Standard hydrogen water is normally characterized by a published dissolved-H2 concentration. Synergy O2’s proposed chemistry makes H2 central, but the manufacturer has not yet published the concentration produced by a labeled dose.

Is Synergy O2 a stimulant or medical oxygen?

It is marketed as a dietary supplement rather than a stimulant. Its formula emphasis is minerals, electrolytes, silica, amino compounds, and oxygen activation—not caffeine or sugar. It is also not medical oxygen and should not replace prescribed oxygen or evaluation of a breathing or oxygen-saturation problem.

The Healthy-Living bottom line

Synergy O2 does not need to tear down the product that helped establish this category. CellFood has a long history and devoted users. Our preference is simpler: we believe Synergy O2 presents the more refined premium experience for the customer who cares about formula detail, taste, stomach comfort, and the likelihood of staying consistent.

The formula has genuine depth. Current company materials identify a highly mineralized matrix with 24 named mineral or elemental entries, 18 amino compounds, electrolytes, and silica. The company also describes a water-dissociation concept in which hydrogen and oxygen both belong in the story, although product-specific H2 and O2 output has not been published.

The customer experience is the practical reason we chose it. The reports shared with Healthy-Living lean toward a cleaner taste and after-feel, gentler stomach experience, and more noticeable everyday vitality. Those observations are anecdotal and cannot promise what every person will feel, but they matter because a premium supplement only creates value when people are comfortable enough to keep using it.

Our honest description: CellFood is the respected original; Synergy O2 is our premium choice. It costs more, but for the person who prefers the experience and remains consistent, it may prove to be the better value.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Synergy O2 is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customer experiences vary, and no head-to-head clinical trial establishes superiority over another product.
