How to Use ZeoHealth™:
Recommended Usage
•
Maintenance - One-half teaspoon one to two
times a day
•
Normal Detoxification - 2 teaspoons daily (in
divided doses - such as breakfast, lunch,
dinner, just before going to bed)
•
Very Aggressive Detoxification - 5 to 6
teaspoons daily (spread these out throughout the day
- every 3 hours, for instance)
•
(Note) - Everyone should start out at 1/2 teaspoon to
the first week and work up incrementally, week by
week, to more aggressive dosages.

Note that Zeolite powder does not dissolve (unlike the
liquid ZeoHeal, its particle size is too large). So, mix and
drink quickly.

It is probably the finest ex-foliate that you have ever
used! Wet your face, put a small amount in the palm
of your hand and rub into your skin – rinse off and feel
the texture of your skin… WOW.

For periodontal of stubborn wounds; apply small
amount directly to the challenged areas and watch
how it improved in just 24 hours. Use as toothpaste;
¼ baking soda and ¾ zeolite – brush normally –
swallow after brushing.
Cautionary Statements:
•
Natural Zeolite Powder may cause constipation if
used in larger doses than recommended (more than 2
tablespoons daily).
Recommendations
•
Zeolite can be
consumed with or
without food. It
makes no
difference. For
instance, it can be
baked into biscuits,
mixed into protein
drinks, added to
yogurt or cereal, or
just stirred in water
and drunk quickly.
•
With powdered
zeolite (or any
nutritional powder),
always drink extra
water.
•
Detoxification
always carries the
possibility of
Herxheimer
reactions and
retracements (that
is periods of time,
from hours to days,
where one may feel
worse rather than
better). That’s part
of the way the body
improves.
Reducing dosing is
the best way to
respond.
•
A good way to
determine your
perfect
maintenance or
aggressive
detoxification
dosing is the “sniff”
test — if your urine
has an ammonia
smell, then
increase your
dosage. If it does
not have an
ammonia smell,
then decrease your
dosage, until it
does, and then
increase slightly.
