Refund Policy
Your Satisfaction is Our Business
We offer a 30 day from date of purchase satisfaction guarantee refund period on product sales of Integris items only.
- If you are dissatisfied with an Integris product purchased from us, you have the above stipulated number of days from the date of product purchase to request a refund.
- Products from other manufacturers are not returnable for refund.
To initiate the process of requesting a refund we have a straightforward procedure for you to follow. Call either of the two numbers below and explain that you would like a refund on a product you ordered.

Just make sure to call within the 30 day period of time, and let us know that you are dissatisfied with your product. We will then give you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Please note that we offer a refund of only one unit of each particular product that has been opened. That means if you order two or more of a particular item, and open more than one, we will refund only one of the opened items. If you order two or more of an item, and consume one of them and the others of that item are returned unopened and in saleable condition, we will then refund all of them.
In order to receive the refund, you must then return to us the products (even if empty). Write the RMA # that we give you on the outside of the package in which these containers are returned as follows:

Ship the product back to the origination address on the package we used to ship the product to you in the first place.
Once we receive the products back from you, we will then begin processing your refund, which will be made the credit card used to purchase the products. It may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks (depending on when the product was received back and our accounting cycle) to return the cost of the products to your credit card. Note, that we do not refund shipping costs nor pay for your shipping costs in returning the products to us. If you return product without getting an RMA #, you will not receive a refund.
