Habit of Health #1 is to be highly involved in your own health.

To do this you need to keep the flow of information about how to be healthy coming to you. Most people stop learning about how to be healthy with their last Health course in High School. Don’t you do that!

Most people don’t think about their health until they lose it. Don’t you do that! Instead, take the advice of so many of us dumb people who did it the wrong way. Pay attention! Notice how your body and energy and healthy may be changing. Think about the direction your health is going... and when you see that don’t like the end of the road... then you’d better back up fast.

The first key to your health is to NOT RELEGATE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE HEALTHY TO ANYONE ELSE.

Remember, health knowledge is doubling every few years. If you don’t want to soon have an OLDER BODY than absolutely necessary... then think about how you can take of your body better. The reward could be 20 or more years extra of healthy life.

No one has a vested interest in you being healthy, except you!

  • Drug manufacturers and hospitals don’t earn money unless you need their assistance because of your ill health.
  • Tobacco companies, fast food companies, etc. actually want to sell you products that they know will damage your health.

So, if you’re going to go down the path of healthy living, you’re going to pretty much do it on your own.
